The American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), Stanford Center for Population Health Sciences (PHS), and the U.S. Census Bureau are collaborating to use US Census and medical health record data to evaluate and produce several area-based socioeconomic measures driven by their ability to predict multiple health outcomes.
